Management:  Management: Inta Cinite is consultant in organizational behaviour helping organizations assess and improve their people management practices using appropriate research methods and action planning. With 10+ years of experience in research-based consulting in Canada, fluency in English, Latvian and Russian and a good understanding of local circumstances, Inta applies North American standards in Latvia to conduct customized client-focused organizational research, evaluate the effectiveness of various organizational programs and facilitate strategic planning and implementation of organizational changes. She has also taught several business courses at Carleton University in Canada (1999-2007) and Riga Business School (1997-2000). Inta holds a Masters Degree in English Language and Literature (Latvia), MBA (USA), Doctoral Degree in Management (Canada) and a Graduate Diploma in Program Evaluation (Canada).   1. Organizational research to discover employee attitudes toward various management policies and practices, including employee engagement levels, organizational culture, dominating organizational values, and readiness for change. It is accomplished through interviews, focus groups, surveys, quantitative and qualitative statistical data analysis and interpretation and recommendations based on the findings.
  2. Organizational change management to assist the change agents to select the right change implementation strategies and tactics. As a result, organizations will improve their functioning and the bottom line.
  3. Program evaluation to establish whether the undertaken programs/projects are implemented as intended and have reached the desired objectives.
  4. Strategic planning to help organizations with aligning their actions with goals, creating the performance measurement system, including KPIs (key performance indicators) and monitoring the implementation of the plan.

The RESULT: Organizational programs, strategic planning and organizational changes will be more effective.
