In the last meeting we discussed using the DMC (Destination Management Coordinator) concept. This concept has now been approved by the CanCham Board and discussed in the Trade Facilitation & Export, and Construction Related Services groups as well as the Healthcare group. A Policy and Procedure is being developed prior to the launch of the program and search for DMCs. We identified that the following groups are required to be involved in the medical tourism project:

Preference will be given to paid guests. Unpaid registrations may be cancelled should the venue be fully booked.
