H.E. Alain Hausser, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to Latvia

It is
expected that CETA will be ratified by the European Parliament and the Canadian
Parliament on February 15th, after which the agreement will come
into effect provisionally. Ratification by member states will still be
required, but the benefits to all parties will be available immediately.
