given by Professor Juris Dreifelds (B.Sc.F., M.A., Ph. D University of Toronto)

Professor Dreifelds is a specialist in Comparative Politics (Russia and the Post Soviet Republics, Canadian Politics, Environmental Politics, Political Sociology) He  has written extensively on the Baltic Republics and their political development.
