Dear CanCham and CAF Members and Friends,

Christmas is a very special time of year for getting together. We at CanCham would like to meet our friends and business colleagues sharing the spirit of the season, socializing, enjoying a buffet dinner, being part of an entertaining lottery, and to build on the new relationships established during the past year.

The entertainment, sponsored by the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Latvia, will be provided by DJ Martiņš from Canada.

The evening will start with a welcome drink, entertainment and the following menu:

APPETIZERS AND SALADS

• Homemade bread and butter
• Smoked duck breast salad with orange segments, fennel, hazelnuts, and mixed greens
• Roasted vegetable and feta cheese couscous salad with fresh herbs
• Bruschetta with salted salmon, caper–lemon cream cheese, and cucumber
• Classic Caesar salad with Parmesan and crunchy croutons

MAIN COURSE

• Oven-roasted pork chop with cranberry sauce
• Duck confit with orange–dark beer sauce
• Ravioli with mushrooms and truffle sauce
• Potato gratin with cream and cheese
• Grilled vegetables with herbs

DESSERT

• Tiramisu with salted caramel sauce
• Mini pavlova with raspberry cream
• Coffee, tea, citrus–infused water

There will be a cash bar service for additional drinks.
