We, at CanCham, would like to meet our friends and business colleagues for sharing the spirit of the season, some entertainment, a buffet dinner, and build on the new relationships established during the past year. The entertainment, sponsored by the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Latvia, will be provided by Armands Lozinskis – Lūsis. Christmas songs will be included in the program. The evening will start with a welcome drink, followed by entertainment and the following menu: Snacks: Country butter with cardamom and lemon Truffle brioche bread / Natural yeast bread with seeds Broccoli salad with turkey confit, grilled peppers and orange-ginger dressing Goat cheese salad with oven-baked beets and blackcurrant dressing Stracciatella cheese with oven-roasted pumpkin, tomatoes and pumpkin seed pesto Main courses: Duck confit with oranges and juniper berries Catfish fillet with pumpkin-coconut milk sauce Pearl grouper risotto with wild mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and kale chips Oven-baked potatoes with truffle oil and chives Desserts: Sea buckthorn tartlets with meringue Selection of gingerbread Coffee, tea, still water with citrus fruits There will be a cash bar service for additional drinks.

Advance payment is required and your place in the event is confirmed with the receipt of your payment. Unpaid registrations may be cancelled should the venue be fully booked. (CanCham reserves the right to charge registered persons who do not cancel their reservations by Friday, December 6^th, 2024 at 17:00.)
