The Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Latvia (CanCham) warmly invites you to join us for an engaging discussion on strengthening economic ties between Canada and Latvia.

Expanding Horizons Presentations and Networking: Canada–Latvia Business Opportunities & Strategic Partnerships

This event will feature insights from:

Nicolas Lepage, Canadian Senior Trade Commissioner for Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia
Ed Kalvins, Chairman, Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Latvia

The discussion will explore current political and economic developments shaping Canada–Latvia relations, particularly from the Canadian perspective. Speakers will also present the practical implementation of Strategic Partnership Initiatives (SPI) and how these initiatives can help businesses build meaningful cooperation and market entry opportunities between Canada and Northeastern Europe.

We will also explore how Latvian companies can benefit from engagement with Canadian companies and the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) currently deployed in Latvia, and how these relationships and/or the SPI may create new export and partnership opportunities.

Participants located in Canada will have the opportunity to connect via Zoom, expanding the dialogue and strengthening cross-Atlantic business connections.

The evening will conclude with networking among members of the Canadian–Latvian business community, providing an opportunity to exchange ideas, build partnerships, and explore opportunities for collaboration.

Refreshments will be provided.
