Dear CanCham Members and Friends,

The CanCham (Latvia) Corner comes to Toronto Canada.

As CanCham Latvia reaches out to Canadian companies seeking to benefit from the Canadian Government’s efforts to diversify trade with Europe, CanCham’s Strategic Partnership Initiative (SPI) encourages these companies to consider entering the Northeastern European market by working with Latvian partners operating throughout the region.

One of CanCham’s key objectives is to engage Canadian companies interested in providing goods and services to Northeastern Europe and, more broadly, the EU — using Latvia as a gateway to this seven-country region of 33.2 million people. As the only Canadian chamber in Northeastern Europe, we are well positioned to support this process. Our members operate actively across the region and can assist with market entry and local partnerships.

This informal gathering will give our members and friends in Canada an opportunity to meet several Strategic Partnership Initiative Coordinators and Board members, including Ed Kalvins, Chairman of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Latvia.

Let’s use this opportunity to chat and socialize while learning what is happening “on the other side” of the Atlantic — and how it can benefit Canadian companies.
