How CanCham’s Destination Management Coordination (DMC) System Works 
1) Objective

The CanCham DMC system should be of interest to you if you wish to create business opportunities in
  • Canada and North America
  • Latvia, Northern Europe and the EU
  • in other regions where CanCham members are active, currently including Central Asia, Ukraine, Belarus, India and Taiwan.
2) Basic Principles

We recognize that entering a new market can be costly and sometimes ineffective. Having a good partner at the other end is the key to success.

We also recognize that no-one wants to give away their expertise for free. You have to be willing to pay something. The trick is to pay as little as possible, but maximize the result.

We have designed a system that has proven to work, is effective, reduces costs and risks, and should make everybody happy. We call this the Destination Management Coordination (DMC) System which the CanCham uses to develop strategic partnerships.

3) Method

  1. Identify what you want to accomplish (ie. develop imports or exports, invest, provide services, find a strategic partner, etc.).
  2. Review
  3. Fill out When you press “Register”, your request will be sent to the CanCham.
  4. We will recommend a DMC to help you with your requirement.
  5. If you wish to work with that DMC, you will need to pay a down-payment of 1,000 EUR to the DMC directly, and pay the DMC at agreed rates for services provided.
  6. You should agree on the scope of work with the DMC, starting with small assignments for which you will be invoiced. As long as you keep paying, the DMC will keep working for you. You can stop any time.
