On Monday, January 19th, at the Ministry of Defence in Rīga, State Secretary Aivars Puriņš and Antony Rizk of the Canadian Commercial Corporation signed a memorandum of understanding on strengthening cooperation between Latvia and Canada in the field of procurement.
