17.05.2024 Report on the CanCham business networking breakfast
17.05.2024
The first CanCham business networking breakfast took place with Baiba Krumina of AMETROS on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at the Grand Poet Hotel.
We thank the AMETROS Consultancy for sponsoring the event with such an eloquent breakfast spread. AMETROS brings the benefits of mindfulness in the workplace to increase performance and innovation, while creating an organisational culture of stress resilience, and cultivating a truly human leadership.
Baiba Krumina is a renowned expert in wellbeing and mindfulness in the workplace. She shared her wealth of knowledge and experience by offering invaluable insights on the "Resilience Advantage: 5 Questions to Turn Challenges into Opportunities", exploring how resilience isn’t just about bouncing back, but allowing joy during the journey and finding beauty along the way.
We were pleased to see that the event was quickly sold out.
