Dear CanCham Members and Friends, Today’s geopolitical situation has raised significant concern and discussion as to defence and Latvia’s defense strategy. Military considerations, hybrid warfare and disinformation are affecting everything from perceived security to economic risk to the state of mind of individuals. Many sectors of our society are affected, and many questions are raised.
