please register here Note: the entrance is from 5 VALMIERAS iela Dear CanCham Members and Friends, Please join us in marking Canada’s 158th birthday and CanCham’s 25th anniversary with a friendly networking event at the RigaApartment.com Sonada Hotel Gardens (Gertrudes 129) by enjoying a picnic with a typical Canadian BBQ with hamburgers, foil wrapped potatoes and a salad. A welcome drink is included in the admission price, and a cash bar will be available. A special menu of hamburger, and a soft drink is available for children 6 to 14 years old. Summer casual attire is recommended. A cash bar will be available. CanCham’s Canada Day BBQ is looking to be VERY different this year, thanks to our main sponsors, RigaApartment.com and Cleaning Riga who have made an extra effort to make this occasion a special event. With the festivities starting at 16.00 on Tuesday, July 1^st (feel free to arrive late, the program will be ongoing) and lasting into the early evening. These sponsors are providing: catering by our member, the TINTO wine restaurant, a DJ to provide music throughout the late afternoon and evening - DJ Paul_Yu!, a large marquee to shelter from rain, just in case. and several fun games including: 🪵 Novus 🧱 Jenga XXL ⚽ Table football 🎯 Darts Also, special gifts will be provided by the Embassy of Canada in Latvia and the CanCham.
