Application for Membership to the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Latvia

I hereby apply for membership to the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Latvia.

I understand that my membership application will be reviewed by the Board, which has the authority to accept or deny the membership of any applicant. An invoice will be issued following the approval of the Board. Membership starts immediately after receiving payment. Membership dues are non-refundable and are paid one year in advance. Membership continues automatically unless it is terminated on the anniversary date of the first payment if payment is not received.
