Group Leader Responsibilities

  1. Know your group’s members. Be able to recognize them when you meet them.
  2. Encourage group members to effectively communicate what they have to offer through networking and providing information for the web site such as sell sheets, logo information, news and developments in their companies,
  3. Help develop joint action plans for your group so that the group’s activities can be offered to the outside.
  4. Work with other groups to meet the needs of your group.
  5. Maintain contact with group members on a monthly basis so that group members do not feel neglected.
  6. Contact and inform group members about relevant CanCham events.
